Services Provided
I offer photography services, including but not limited to event photography, portrait sessions, and commercial photography. Detailed descriptions of our services can be found on our Services page.
Booking and Payment
To book a session, a non-refundable deposit is required. The remaining balance is due on the day of the session. Payments can be made via Zelle, PayPal, Cashapp, Venmo, Paper Cash and/or Credit/Debit.
Cancellation and Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule their session with at least 24hr notice. Cancellations made within 24hrs of the session will forfeit the deposit and scheduled time (Rescheduling Preferred).
Copyright and Usage Rights
All images taken by Kahleag Terry are protected by copyright law. Clients are granted a license for personal use of the images. Commercial use of the images requires written permission and may incur additional fees.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all necessary tasks are completed for locations and/or subjects to be photographed. We are not liable for any issues arising from the lack of such permissions.
Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for any damages that may occur during the photography session or as a result of using our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the site after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
Model Release
1. Release of Liability & Assumption of Risk
By submitting this application, I acknowledge that photography sessions may take place in various outdoor landscapes (including but not limited to bluffs, shorelines, and ravines) and indoor studio environments. I voluntarily assume all risks related to such environments, including slips, trips, falls, or weather-related incidents. I hereby release and hold harmless Kahleag Terry from any and all liability for personal injury, property damage, or loss that may occur during the course of the project.
2. Model Release & Usage Rights
I grant Kahleag Terry the irrevocable right to use the photographs and video captured during these sessions for portfolio display, social media, self-promotion, and speculative brand advertisements ("Spec Work"). I understand that these images may be edited, cropped, or combined with other media. I waive the right to inspect or approve the finished product and acknowledge that these images may be used to market the Photographer’s skills to third-party brands and agencies.
3. TFP (Trade for Print) Agreement
I understand that this is a non-monetary, collaborative project. In exchange for my time and modeling services, I will receive 5-7 high-resolution edited digital images and one 3D "Wiggle-gram" assets for my personal portfolio use. I agree that any social media posting of these images will include proper credit to the Photographer. I verify that I am 18 years of age or older and have the legal right to enter into this agreement.
Compensation: This is a TFP (Trade for Print) agreement. In exchange for modeling, the Model will receive up to 10 high-resolution edited images and 3 3D Wiggle-grams. No monetary compensation will be provided unless otherwise listed and contracted.
